Please make sure you have applied 5-6 drops of olive oil to your ear canals twice a day for 7 days before your appointment. This must be done in a side laying position for the oil to penetrate the wax.

Hearing aid wearers please make sure you wipe your ear canal with tissue to prevent oil coming into contact with your aids.
